Alex. 18. French. :)

I'm quite a nerd, but I feel like partying once in a while is important ;) I enjoy noise and crowds, but still find myself comfortable & at peace with silence. Nature is a gift people should learn be thankful for.. :)

My favorite people are the crazy ones! You only live once after all, so let's not waste our time with an ordinary, dull life! ;)

Arts are important to me.. You can express yourself, escape reality and find strength in them!
And finally, I'm a law student! So yeah, not afraid to say I'm a feminist..!

one day sansa stark is gonna get pushed too far and she’s just gonna fucking lose her shit and start screaming and killing people and singing i’m not your toy by la roux and later surrounded by dead bodies she’s gonna compose herself and be like “i’m so sorry, that was very unladylike wasn’t it”

I think we still live in a culture that assumes that men are single by choice and women are single because no one wants them. By

Sara Eckel, This is Why You’re Still Single (It’s Not Why You Think)YES. (via live-to-the-point-of-tears)

"I’d like women to explore the idea that maybe there is nothing wrong with them — that they don’t need to fix themselves to find love… Rather than asking, "What’s wrong with me?" I’d like women to start appreciating what is right with them. For example, saying no to the wrong relationship can take a lot of courage, but no one ever gets credit for that. I would like women to start giving themselves that credit."

Programmable Tattoo System

What do you do when you want a tattoo but don’t want the commitment of permanent ink? The moodInq system is a breakthrough in tattoo technology, using a skin-safe proprietary E ink encapsulated pigment system that lasts a lifetime but can be configured to display any design (or none!) to suit your mood.

So how does it work? We have partnered with leading physicians and technicians in the cosmetic surgery industry to implant the E ink grid, called a canvas. The canvas can go anywhere on your body and be configured to the size and shape of the body party you’d like to ink. After a short healing period (usually 2-3 days), you can begin using the moodInq software included with your kit to change your canvas to display the tattoo you desire! Found on ThinkGeek.

YOU COULD HAVE A MAGIC TREE TATTOO THAT CHANGES WITH THE SEASONS

This is INSANELY cool. Until someone hacks the software and you end up with an ad for Viagra on your arm.

we are the future

i love sir patrick stewart more with each passing day.

See, guys. This is how you do it. Notice the words “Not all men are like that” are never spoken.

He knows men are like that

his father was like that to his mother

he has experienced the pain firsthand, of what it’s like when men are like that

and he never wants men to be like that again and he fights tooth and nail against the men who are still like that

And moreover, he acknowledges his privilege [as an older white male who is famous/well known] and uses it to speak up. He knows what he is, and he never has to say he’s not like those men he fights against—he never says it, his actions speak loud enough for everyone else to see it.

Sir Patrick Stewart, everyone.

intersectionalfeminism:

Just to get this straight, in this double page spread there are:

  • Fat women
  • Of different races
  • Who are unedited (note the stomach and the rolls)
  • And are being praised for being the weight they are (and eating what they want)
  • While they are all being quotes talking about being healthy at any weight

I mean, this still isn’t perfect, but this is pretty damned impressive for a mainstream tabloid.

"It’s about sex, love, relationships, careers, a time in your life when everything’s possible. And it’s about friendship because when you’re single and in the city, your friends are your family."
